Our Professionals
William Hough
William Jarrett Hallowell Hough, III, Esq., was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1956. He graduated from George School, in Newtown, Pennsylvania, in 1974. He received a diploma in East-Central European regional affairs in 1977 from the Austro-American Institute in Vienna, Austria. In 1978, he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, with honors, from Colby College in Waterville, Maine. Mr. Hough served in the United States Peace Corps in the Republic of Mali, in French West Africa, from 1979-1981. He received his J. D., cum laude, from New York Law School in New York, New York in 1985.
